The petrochemical refining industry, as a core industry for energy and chemical raw material production, handles complex media such as crude oil, heavy oil, and various chemical intermediates. It faces extreme conditions including high sulfur content (H₂S content ≤15000ppm), high chlorine content (Cl⁻ content ≤5000ppm), high temperature (≤550℃), high pressure (≤15MPa), and mixed acid corrosion. This places top-level industry requirements on the corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, and sealing safety of pipeline materials. Stainless steel pipes (based on 316L, 2205 duplex steel, 310S heat-resistant steel, and 904L super austenitic steel, containing Cr ≥16%, Ni ≥8%, and partially added Mo, N, and Si elements) have become key materials in the core processes of reaction, separation, and transportation in refining and chemical plants due to their broad-spectrum corrosion resistance, high-temperature and high-pressure adaptability, and long-term reliability.

Introduction The precision machinery manufacturing industry, as a core support of the high-end equipment industry, encompasses sub-sectors such as machine tools, fluid machinery, instruments, and medical devices. Its core components must maintain high precision and reliability under complex conditions such as high-speed operation, alternating loads, and corrosive media – requiring materials with excellent mechanical properties, precision machining adaptability, corrosion and wear resistance, while meeting the dimensional consistency requirements of mass production. Stainless steel bars (with 304, 316L, 420J2 martensitic stainless steel, and 2205 duplex steel as core materials, containing ≥16% Cr, and some with added Mo, Ni, and C elements) have become the preferred base material for precision components such as shafts, gears, valve cores, and fasteners due to their core advantages of high strength, easy machining, corrosion and wear resistance, and high dimensional accuracy. As machinery manufacturing transforms towards "high precision, high efficiency, and green manufacturing," stainless steel bars, through material improvement and process optimization, are continuously empowering the performance upgrade and lifespan extension of precision machinery. Application and technical advantages of color-coated steel sheets in building envelope
Introduction Building envelope systems, as the "outer garment" of a building, bear core functions such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, and aesthetic decoration. They need to be adaptable to diverse scenarios such as industrial production, public activities, and residential living, while also withstanding the erosion from wind, rain, ultraviolet radiation, and salt spray in different climate zones. Color-coated steel sheets (using hot-dip galvanized/hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated substrates as the base material, with a surface coating of polyester, fluorocarbon, etc.) have become the mainstream material for roofing and wall cladding of industrial plants

Introduction As a core support of the logistics and transportation system, the commercial vehicle and container manufacturing industries need to achieve three major goals: "large-scale production, long-term durability, and lightweight energy saving." Products must withstand the erosion of wind, rain, salt spray, and ultraviolet radiation during long-distance outdoor transportation, endure the impact of road bumps, and adapt to the high-efficiency processing requirements of automated production lines. Color-coated coils (using hot-dip galvanized/hot-dip aluminum-zinc substrate as the base material, coated with polyester, fluorocarbon
